A block south and you can find 820 Fifth Avenue a similar prewar coop building that was built in 1916. Each floor has five bedroom and six bathroom units providing multiple service quarters. It’s known as one of the most expensive and exclusive building on Fifth Avenue. The average price for a coop unit here is $36,500,000.
